Get a manager who actually has a clue - Sales Brakes Employee Review

I love Brakes and think it’s a really good place to work but one manager makes it horrible to be in the tamworth office. The team managers are great but the Ops manager is the worst manager I’ve ever had. You never know what targets to follow or what is important as it changes most weeks. He’s rude and puts people down and makes being at work a nightmare. Lots of people have left recently and a few people are off work with stress and it’s been caused by him. Nothing is ever good enough and we do work really hard. There isn’t enough time to do everything but he just won’t listen and makes you feel like crap. He will walk into work late. Have a 2 hour lunch and leave early while creating a toxic environment for everyone else. He is just plain rude and inconsiderate and I will be leaving a job I have loved soon because of him.
