Starting pay and top out pay are on higher end of scale compared to other companies or plants within the industry. Great benefits and 401K matched up to 9%. Raises are dependent upon self so if someone is very motivated and learns quickly it doesn't take long to become qualified in all outside positions. However, how quickly you can move to a different area to qualify can be hindered when operations is shorthanded.

C-Line unit is rather old and is always going down or some piece of equipment is constantly breaking down. Workload can be very heavy at times due to all the maintenance from things breaking down resulting in not being able to take a break or eat lunch at times. Operations typically gets blamed for everything by upper management especially when there is a unit upset. Hardly ever get praised for working hard and going above and beyond but they love to point out the things that you did wrong. Which most of the time is just due to the unit being older which results in the unit constantly going down. Management loves to change up the rules or policies whenever it benefits them but never when it benefits the actual operators.
