      Pros

      Environment can be fun, there is a chance for hard workers to advance to upper mid-level positions.

      Cons

      Very few people ever promoted past Director level. Most senior positions are filled by recruiting outside the company. Executive circle is very secretive.

      Pros

      The company has many creative shingles that they operate under. So there are many opportunities to find the right fit for you.

      Cons

      It's sometimes a challenge to figure out the chain of command and who is in charge when you have an issue. The chain of command is a bit complicated and they are sometimes too rigid with their creative.
