Good people but limited opportunity - Anonymous employee Breaktime Media Employee Review

Breaktime has the best people and amazing benefits!!! I love the unlimited PTO policy, flexible work environment, and vacation stipend. I've never had such a supportive and engaged team.

Small team means it's always busy (and stakes can be high)! Would be great to see raises/promotions for the team members that deserve them.

Everyone at Breaktime is kind, supportive, encouraging, and brilliant. Not only do our teams get it done, but we have a lot of fun while doing so! The leadership team is always open to feedback and it's clear that they genuinely care about and want to hear from their employees. From happiness surveys to vacation stipends to quarterly colleague recognition awards, Breaktime is invested in its people. I'm obsessed with the campaigns and experiences we create! The work is interesting and fun, and the brands/agencies we work with are second to none. There's a clear vision and mission for where we are and where we're going. It's easy to see how the work we do individually and as an org ladder up to the company's goals. I love that Breaktime is remote! The flexibility and understanding that we all share for a satisfying work-life balance make a huge difference in our day to day.

Departments can occasionally feel siloed in their work, but it's improved a lot in the past year with more cross-department projects. Performance review process dragged on last year but has tightened up this year!
