Pros
1. Flexible Work timing. 2. Positive Work environment. 3. Exposure to multiple technologies 4. You might see change in yourself when you look back at the time you joined the company and 1 year or 6 month after that. 5. There is a very unique bond between employee and manager here. I never see anyone asking to each other that please stay and complete the work, everyone understand their own duty and work accordingly. 6. If you compare the environment to other companies in ahmedabad I do not think their might be any company with such environment to work in.(Very few companies might have this environment) 7. Management here strongly follow the principle they believe in and they never compromise it. 8. They have such good bonding that they do not even keep punching machine here for the employee you don't find this things at other places in ahmedabad
