Very hostil place to work - Activity Leader Brighton Language College Employee Review

- Very hostile place to work at. The ones managing all the leaders couldn't care less about the children or the leaders' integrity/mental health. They are also very unprofessional, talking rude to you and behind you with other leaders. - They don't offer professional training nor first aid training and maybe not all the staff have DBS checked. Again, they're working with under-age kids. If something happens all the responsibility relies on you. - They basically send you to excursions with 20 kids adrift. If you do something wrong they start to have a passive-aggresive behaviours.
