      Pros

      Good company, lots of things to learn, people are as nice as it gets, management is open to listen about critique and improvement suggestions, great place to work

      Cons

      Hard to get access to more greenfield or cutting edge projects, older tech stack, massive amount of business domain related knowledge required, somewhat slow process. Recently, had a big reshuffle that required devs to do more QA work than usual.
