no cons so far for me

I’ve worked in both small companies and large organizations over the last 20+ years. I’ve seen fast-paced startups, heavily structured enterprises, and everything in between. This was, without question, the most emotionally and professionally toxic environment I’ve personally experienced - not because the work itself was hard, but because of how the company is run.

The work environment ultimately feels LESS like a place to build a career and more like a place to endure. Over time, the constant reactivity, limited transparency, and lack of meaningful growth erode both motivation and trust. If you choose to step into this company, do so with a clear understanding of the culture and what you’re realistically trading in return for the paycheck.
