Not much at the moment

In the busy seasons tips and service charge were quite good. There used to be a good team spirit. We are understanding of each others shortcomings.

Significant change in management style. The specific outlet where I am currently working has become stagnant with little opportunity for growth. English is my mother tongue. We are an extremely diverse group of people from different parts of the world which can actually be a setback in terms of communication, specifically in regard to finding solutions to problems. I am of course speaking from my own personal experience. Not everyone would say the same.
