    I worked at CACI International

    Pros

Work-life balance was very good and dependent upon contract, and the staff are extremely hard workers.

    Cons

Compensation is low, seems geared towards military retirees that have another income. Once contract ends, there is very little support for finding new contracts to work.

    Advice to Management

Provide better assistance to staff when contracts are ending so they can stay employed.
