      Pros

      Company that offers nice growth thanks to heavy responsibilities quickly, good atmosphere with the colleagues thanks to a very young workforce, used to have nice team buildings

      Cons

      Constant change, despotic CEO who acts like he cares about your opinion, but will only listen to himself, will make false promises and set impossible targets, and once you reach your targets, will decide to arbitrarily only pay out 70% of the bonusses.
