Smaller agency means lots of rotating assignments and less overall project stability.

Good people, remote first, independent agency, so you don't have to deal with the BS of working for a holding company agency

Lack of company structure. Leadership inexperienced, very much flying by the seat of their pants. Some of the clients are nightmares.
