Pros
Decent pay and benefits, half day Fridays, good coworkers(many are not there anymore though)
Cons
You can never settle down because they are always transferring you or laying you off. Poor management. Layoffs left mostly managers left and a lot of them should have been let go. Many managers are only looking out for their interests and not the companies, hence the downfall of CONSOL. Get rid of the people that do the work and leave people that sit in endless meetings each day that mostly are unproductive. No communication within groups because the managers either don't get along with the other managers or they are trying to withhold info so they are more powerful. This may be a result of everyone always scared they will be laid off or transferred. Most people that read from the outside may think this is a bitter former employee that was laid off, but if you worked there you would know exactly what I am talking about.
