You gain experience in the basics of real estate brokerage and real estate in general. The people are also friendly.
Cons
There is very little room for growth. In addition, management is not transparent with income projections of newly hired associates. Many people were told they should expect $30k -$45k for their first year, for the vast majority, that is a lie. In addition, they provide minimal help when it comes to sourcing leads.
