      As a fresher trainee, my experience with the organization has been very positive and enriching. I recently joined and underwent technology training on Salesforce, which was well-structured and helpful for someone starting from scratch. The trainers were knowledgeable and explained concepts clearly, covering both theoretical and practical aspects. The organization provides a good learning environment, especially for freshers who are trying to build a career in the IT industry. There is strong support from seniors and team members, and the overall culture encourages learning and collaboration. I also liked that there are real-time project exposure opportunities after training, which helps in understanding how things work in actual business scenarios.

      I haven’t encountered any challenges or drawbacks during my time at CRMIT Solutions Inc. so far. The company has provided a great environment for learning and growth, and I feel well-supported in my role. Looking forward to continuing this positive experience!

      Pros

      I came onboard due to the named accounts they had worked on as a subcontractor from Salesforce for their Professional Services.

      Cons

      They were extremely slow in responding to simple requests regarding ballpark pricing, it became apparent to me 1 mos in that they were more of a MSP than a SI consultant.
