      Pros

      Good organization that does a lot for the community. A lot of the people who work there do so because they LOVE what they do and feel that they are making a difference.

      Cons

      There is a big problem with favoritism. Management styles vary so some will have a great manager and team but others will get management and co-workers with a lot of drama. There is not much change for promotion.
