Good work and really good opportunity to network especially if you enjoy golf and the history behind it. Good management

Cons

Lot of 7 day work weeks. Just because you’re scheduled to work doesn’t mean you will work.

Pros

Love how I can continue working for the company no matter where I move. I’ve been with some amazing courses through CADDIEMASTER. They also will bump you up to a minimum if in a very rare case a group totally stiffs you. I’ve only had this happen once but it was an easy process to talk to the head caddy master and he helped me and took care of it.

Cons

I guess you could say sometimes the unpredictable nature of outdoor sports and hospitality industry. Weather and cancelations can affect things as well as an unknown pay although pay has not been an issue.
