Empty promises from day 1. Why not start at the top: The top of the food chain (humor) told us he would visit the line frequently. If twice in 10 months is frequent I think your definition is strange. The second in command I’ve only seen once other than the time he fell asleep at our orientation. Maintenance Dept can’t seem to fix anything correctly; not surprisingly since they don’t even perform preventative maintenance. They’ve “fixed” the same belt at least 6 times in 8 months, number 7 coming up soon. There are way too many managers who make inane decisions. Like let’s drop 1/2 the workforce in a station work them like dogs and see what happens. No set method of daily/weekly communication is in place. A supervisor yelling across the floor doesn’t cut it.
