- Friendly atmosphere - Given a lot of freedom to learn

- A lot of pressure when work sold has not been resourced properly. - Little to no desire to invest in the development team. - Salary below average for the position. - The environment was a bit unprofessional at times. - The company grew and shrank heavily multiple times during my employment. - Only seem to hire graduates which they don't seem to be able to retain.
