      Diverse projects, different industries and core topics to get involved in

      Cons

      Not a good worklife-balance, lack of communication between leadership and teams, salary is not really competitive. Once you are in a unit, it is difficult to immerse yourself in other topics from a professional perspective

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
