High expectations of product QUANTITY. Fast paced, jobs always moving and the machines NEVER shut down. Management always on the floor. Good automation department, the only autonominous department.
Cons
Sacrificed product quality for QUANTITY in the belief that the customer would never catch it or not care and just pass defective products to their customers.
