Pros

The people at Capstone are truly exceptional. I had the privilege of working alongside incredibly talented and kind individuals. It’s disheartening to see many of them moving on, as reflected in my LinkedIn connections. The mission—Learning is for Everyone—is something that genuinely resonates with me and many others.

Cons

Unfortunately, nepotism is a significant issue within the company. I've observed individuals with limited skills and little desire to grow suddenly claim a passion for roles that aren't aligned with their capabilities. This often leads to job displacement for more qualified team members, only for them to abandon their roles shortly thereafter. This trend seems to persist. The company's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) is no longer reflected in practice. Despite what the website may suggest, the program appears to be inactive. If a genuine commitment to DEIB is important to you, I would recommend reconsidering your interest in the company.

Strong products trusted by educators and parents. Open and honest transparency from leadership. Collaborative teams. Great benefits and conscientious HR team. Strong senior leaders.

Cons

Communication flows still need work on department decisions. Resistance to change by some of the long term employees.

Pros

Intelligent, hardworking and dedicated Co-Workers!

Cons

ELT stands for executive leadership in title only. In practice, it represents submission, gaslighting, silence, cliques, and a carefully maintained facade.
