Any location with a higher minimum wage than Virginia they will tell you you cannot move and then threaten to track your computer if you do - Your salary will not increase due to inflation, if the business does well, if you are performing well - All bonuses and promotions are time-based, not merit and they will rework the requirements so you do not get promoted.
