Carbon Five is chock full of smart, interested people. Developers have a very high standard of code quality, and practice lean project management processes (based on agile and xp). Clients generally have interesting problems, and tend to be very collaborative with our processes.
Cons
Some clients can be political and difficult to work with. They don't allow full-time remote work.
