Cons
low pay for assemblers, new hires are coming in with a higher pay rate than employees that have been there for longer period of time and proven themselves by doing the daily tasks to excellent standards and prior work history, poor management communication, very clichey, if management likes you (as a person, not based on work) you're in good standing if you're hard working and know what you're doing with the jobs there's no praise or advancement in pay or seniority. can't go to management or HR about an issue with other employees due to drama. have to work 2 jobs just to make enough money to make a living paying bills.........
