      Pros

      Not many pro's other than helping you become successful wherever you go after you work for them. They pay high salaries

      Cons

      Poor upper management. She is all about herself and her friends that work for her. Organizations that recognize her or the company for what they "do for the communities they serve" should reconsider there endorsement. Operated by a kid who likes to yell and scream to get things done in a hostile environment.

      Pros

      CareOne has awesome therapists (IT-PT-ST), maintenance is always on time if anything needs fixing, the kitchen does a great job trying to accommodate the residents wants and likes, CareOne has great managers, and I have to give credit to the hard working CNAs

      Cons

      I would say that education is needed and it’s always good

      Pros

      Great therapists, spacious and well equipped gym, supportive team, fairly steady census.

      Cons

      Constantly having to make excuses for behavior of overworked and burned-out nursing staff, especially to clinically complex patients whose needs exceed the abilities of staff.
