The managment teams are second to none, they work their socks off and they actually care, which ironically is something lacking in this industry. Open and honest communication, great training and support at any time of day or night. I was so worn down by bad care companies is very refreshing to be back working for carefound, seeing how things should be done across all care settings. They set the bar high and their clients and staff are at the centre of all they do.
None I can think of, if your open and honest about your expectations and ability they will ensure you are places somewhere within your ability or develop the skills you need.

The company has the best training in a care company I've ever come across. They are extremely supportive and you know if you have any issues they are only a phone call away . And my colleagues I have met are friendly and all around a lovely bunch of people.

Very thorough interview, training and induction proccess. Helpful, informed, proactive and supportive management office team. Wonderful, caring, professional and totally supportive senior care team. Everyone I have met to date,; management, senior carers and carers have been a credit to Carefound and the healthcare sector in general.
Maybe the fact that sometimes there are a couple of hours break in the middle of a shift however I understand that at times this is unavoidable and is not a serious concern.
