Some of the people you work with are absolutely horrendous and have no common curtesy, low pay, 0 benefits, no opportunity to advance pass a team lead as they removed most if not all FT positions, company cuts costs at every opportunity, participate in accelerated hiring and don't even interview the majority of their candidates which causes an outrageous turn-over rate and a terrible onboarding experiencing for HR staff and incoming employees
