berating, unethical owners. Was privy to conversations that should never take place in any professional workplace. Talking loudly and shouting does not intimate anyone but cause high turnover. Forget any professional experience you have because owners and exec will do whatever they feel is best. Not discussing longer working hours with warehouse staff and intimidating them through "company loyalty" to make them stay.
