Pros
- Great leadership and management team - Lots of opportunities to contribute (currently lots of changes due to the merge) - Interesting projects and clientele, contributing towards something impactful - Good work/life balance and flexibility as long as you deliver - Everyone is super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Lots of people at Titian have been in the company for years, know a lot, and very helpful!
Cons
- Improvements needed to salary to keep up with industry - Benefit packages are minimal, they are improving this but lots more room for improvements (i.e. personal and professional development budgets, tech provided (laptops & accessories), healthcare benefits, etc). - Could do with more diversity in the teams
