Pros
Pros: - Small org and so you will be able to communicate to every one, including the CEO, easily. - Pay for the freshers is better than some of the service based companies.
Cons
Cons: - No work life balance and you may have to attend customer calls and calls with US team, late in the nights. - The company is going from good to worse. I heard there was no notice period years ago and then it became 1 month and currently the notice period is 2 months. - Need to clock 40+ hrs per week. In/Out time will be monitored. - No WFH. - For past 2 years there has been too many changes at high level and things are not stable. Lot of internal politics. - Too less resources and the hiring process is not transparent all the time. Sometimes they hire resources based on recommendation from higher placed resources with out checking their skills. - For the freshers - within the first year if you are not moved to a team which uses some recent technologies, your career is doomed.
