      Enorm betrokken medewerkers en collegialiteit.

      Er is een hoge werkdruk, zeker met de komst van de Amerikaanse eigenaar, de systemen worden niet optimaal benut wat leidt tot inefficiëntie en korte termijn denken.

      Pros

      Great company, very relaxed QC Labs, no forced overtime unless you want overtime. Encouraged cross training and moving to other departments.

      Cons

      Don't have anything bad to say enjoyed my work experience, only left because I relocated.
