Pros
The owners are approachable and flexible. My coworkers are mature and have great work ethic. There is no typical female hormone wars or backstabbing. I have always felt they acknowledge and appreciate your efforts and am compensated appropriately.
Cons
Real estate in general can be stressful and has it's ups and downs but that has more to do with the job position in general rather than this specific company. Realty Group has been a top C-21 office in the world and has some of the top agents who can sometimes be a bit demanding and have unreasonable expectations - but those are few and far between. Most treat you like family and are appreciative of your efforts.
