    Pros

    I've been at Checkout over 2 months now and have had nothing but a positive experience. The onboarding, training and introduction was great, I felt supported during this stage from all angles. Development doesn't stop here at Checkout and I am enjoying delving into material that is relevant to my role and mapping out where my career is headed. I haven't encountered someone that isn't willing to give me time. Colleagues at Checkout are always on hand, whether to answer a question or just grab a coffee. The tech stack is great, tools which make me so much more productive and connected to the team. The culture is everything Checkout says it is. A supportive, adapting and growing environment. Everyone wants the best for each other and Checkout. The different channels Checkout have to recognise it's people and the hard work everyone is putting in is great to see, I feel valued by my colleagues, senior management and Checkout. Flexible working (WFH, working hours etc) is available/encouraged and you're given all the tools/equipment needed to make sure you thrive in every environment.

    Cons

    None deducted at the moment. As Checkout are open and honest with, we are growing rapidly so expect a fast paced environment!

    Pros

    Amazing culture. Numerous opportunities to consistently improve and advance. Caring and supportive management and HR staff. Always striving to improve. During Covid, management strived to make sure people had what they needed both to do the job as well as their well being.

    Cons

    With Covid, the separation has made it harder for the teams to collaborate. Checkout has stepped up its efforts to make sure info is shared via the on-line tools.

    Pros

    - Hyper-growth company with a great product - Multinational team and offices around the world - Driven and inspiring leadership team, especially founder - Thorough hiring process and competitive compensation

    Cons

    - Cutthroat environment, especially for new hires - Mid-level management at times so focused on growth it forgets about employee development - Still an office-first culture, although the pandemic reinforced remote work
