Pros and cons - Anonymous employee Children's Connection Employee Review

Children's Connections truly cares about their employees. Employees receive a paid holiday every month and employers are extremely understanding and flexible when you need time off or have an appointment. The staff are wonderful and management is always available when you need help or have a question. Children's Connections has so many wonderful programs which ensure you will never get bored and always have something to be working on. CEO and CFO care about you and make it clear that you shouldn't be working after hours. They want you to leave work at work and want you to prioritize your family when you are not working. Overall, this has been an excellent place to work!
