I often change jobs because I grow bored or feel as though I am not being challenged enough or cared for by people above me. Here at CLA, it would be impossible to grow bored. I honestly love coming in every day, and even look forward to monthly Open Houses. My coworkers and fellow managers are great, and so is my center director. I have had very little interaction with corporate, but the small bit that I have had has been very positive, as well! CLA takes care of their employees. Plus let’s not forget the wonderful families and kids that you get to love on daily!
