Recruiter - Recruiter Chrome Solutions Employee Review

Honestly from team functions to the ability to prove myself i do not know where to start. Time and time again in other companies i found myself asking, “whats next?” , well that was until i found chrome. Chrome solutions has inadvertently changed me from a regular character in a very BAD rom-com, to the master of my own destiny. This company has taught be so much about communication, business models and how you can simply change your current situation with just a little bit of work ethic. Aside from being the most comfortable place ive ever worked, it also became the breeding ground for a whole new mindset i didnt even know i could tap in to. This business gave me access a network of people that not only have the right experience but also a good level of empathy.

The people are nice overall. There is a family style atmosphere

They will lie about everything including the job description. The amount you make per sale changed weekly and gets less and less every check. Hours are horrible. They will guilt you into staying despite making very little money and having no time for yourself. They favor you to come in early even though you make no money being in the office discussing the same things as the day before. The "training" is only about 3 days worth of knowledge and then you teach it back to others. You learn nothing new after that.
