Pros
- Worklife balance is maintained due to hybrid work culture - Ample amount of leaves yearly - flexible working hours - no mandatory clock in , clock-out timings - open communication and transparency - easy internal mobility
Cons
- leaves cannot be encashed or carried into next year, they lapse if not utilized -year-end bonus is not that great - hike percentages are currently affected due to on going lay offs - work can get repetitive after sometime - lot of systems are working on legacy code - limits innovation and creativity due to dependency on old technologies - saturation might occur in growth after a certain point is reached
