    Good and bad

    Pros

Very good work-life balance. Mangers have little to no say in when you take time off. It's submitted to an entirely different department. If not to many people already requested time off, you get it. Benefits are great. Love the team I work with. Benefits are excellent.

    Cons

At least in this department. It's a swinging pendulum between "Get your production score up!" and "Slow down and get your quality score up!" Documentation on how to do your job is confusing and lacking, and changes regularly. Many times new policy procedures are mentioned in passing in the team Skype chat you must always have up or you will miss something. You must keep track of your time to the minute in 3 separate programs. One tracks your productivity time, one you have to manually enter start and stop times for anything and everything you do, 3rd one is for payroll purposes. If being micromanaged is your ideal work environment, this position is for you. Change is constant. Too much of "Oops! We told you to do it this way, but it was wrong. Do it this other way now, and redo everything you have already done. They constantly promote "Diversity and Inclusion", but only as it pertains to the latest buzz-trends. If you are of certain races or sexes, you aren't included in the "Support Communities."
