Pros
Company is growing and continuing to improve the software systems to support customers. Management is friendly and willing to help and take suggestions on how to improve the company and it's processes.
Cons
Needs more engineers to make software and platform updates quicker. Software systems aren't integrated yet so very clunky with their ticketing, media planning, billing etc. Reliant on Epsilon/Publicis for promotions, staffing approvals, bonuses. Epsilon/Publicis health plan is expensive and if a spouse "qualifies" to be on your health plan (which has to go through it's own whole approval process), it's an additional $100/month fee to have them added on to the plan. It's extremely expensive.
