A Company to Avoid Be cautious before joining this company. Although they promise a monthly salary of ₹30,000 in the offer letter, you’ll actually receive only ₹16,000–₹17,000 in your account. They claim the remaining amount will be paid after three years, but in reality, they create such a toxic work environment that most employees are forced to resign before completing the term — effectively forfeiting the withheld amount. After resignation, they typically refuse to provide experience letters and may even withhold your final month’s salary. The work hours are unreasonable, often extending late into the night — until 11 PM or even midnight. Join at your own risk.
