7yThank you for voicing your view. I can identify where you're coming from and understand your point of view. However, performance isn't optional in a team of our size working with limited resources. We operate believing that: "Feedback on the run is better than none", and if you ignored early feedback it's hard for us to be of help. I'm happy to discuss with you how we can improve.
