Not the ITS company I signed up for - Project Manager Clever Devices Employee Review

Management is completely detached from reality and the customer requirements. They do not support the project managers, they give us unrealistic deadlines and they cannot seem to hire anyone, but who wants to work here anyway anymore. We work insane hours for standard pay no hope of a bonus and no clear way forward. We work in a constant state of chaos. If I wanted to be a fireman, I would have done that for a living. I even work most weekends and do not get comp days.
