Pros

The company provides good learning opportunities, especially for freshers, with exposure to real-time projects and modern technologies. The work environment is supportive, and team members are generally helpful and collaborative. Training resources and internal learning platforms help in building strong technical and professional skills. Work-life balance is manageable depending on the project.

Cons

No major concerns as of now. Overall experience has been positive so far.

Pros

Payroll and internal support was efficient.

Cons

Joined company from Microsoft to startup US government division. Used as a cloud architect, and asked to lie to a client contact (major healthcare company) about my role in the company. I chose not to lie to the healthcare company and was immediately changed to contractor status (the CEO's way of terminating). When the CEO chastised other employees about their respective work, I was brought into the meeting to witness the humiliation session. I was told by the CEO that this was the way to get people in India to produce better work. Afterwards, I would console the employee in private. The CEO has main character syndrome and assumes that everything employees post online is about him. Extremely poor leadership in this organization. Other leaders in the organization are scared to say anything in opposition to the CEO.
