Pros

Very good product, CDN and WAF are used by companies globally. Many of different products to sell. Remote work. (product is the entire reason for the 2 stars rating)

Cons

Terrible Canadian sales leadership the attitude is for passing responsibility for nearly every request made for assistance or help improving how we do our jobs. Have had meetings where leaders rant, complain, and make the team feel terrible for voicing concerns or questioning certain ways of doing things. Poor internal tools/workflows/processes making it difficult to complete even the most basic day to day tasks required to do the job. Nobody cares. Customer/technical support can take weeks and weeks. Feel bad for my customer sometimes. **Biggest con** The feeling from leadership and company hiring/firing patterns that we are expendable, I've seen many good people come and go in my years here. Some too soon, with little warning or help to improve at their job. I write this review to give people considering this job for themselves and their families something to think about. It might be stressful and short term for you if the things listed in this review matter to you.

Pros

Very interesting and engaging work. Lots of smart people work there so you will learn a lot. It's place to learn industry best practices. Stock usually performs well so compensation is pretty good if you live in cheaper areas like Austin.

Cons

Stressful at times. On-call can be rough. Product demands can be rough. Lots of pressure to ship new things even if mounds of tech debt exist and make shipping riskier, all just to meet customer contract commitment deadlines. Detailed testing and vetting of new features could improve too. I think the comp is less sustainable for more expensive places like New York and SF
