Pros
Some of the employees I worked with are now great friends. You feel like you've been through a war together of you are at Clover long enough
Cons
I was employed at clover for almost 2 years. In that time i had 4 supervisors and 2 team leads come and go. The place is terribly unorganized, management has no idea what they are doing. Be prepared to be stared at, questioned constantly, be watched, screamed at and belittled. Don't bother reporting anything to HR as they will sweep anything you report under the rug. No room for advancement or promoting from within. Be prepared to train supervisors and fill them in on the day to day routines. Supervisors shoot first and ask questions later and will often tell you what you are doing wrong and "why did you do that" when you are infact following the correct process to get the job done. I have seen +150 temporary employees, leave or fired in my short time there. And +30 fulltime employees fired or walk out. No leanency on being late; wether it is due to you being involved in a car accident or because you had to go to the doctor to be cleared for work (you will be issued a attendance point regardless if you provide documentation or not). Don't expect praise or a pat on the back for a job well Done, just constant negative comments and harrasment from management. This place is riddled with negativity, I would advise anyone looking to start work at Clover to seek employment elsewhere as this was the worst job I've ever had. Leaving for another job was the best thing I could have done for myself and I feel for my friends still trapped there looking for a way out.
