Pros

The company has not grown from last 3 years since the 40+ year of experience chief mentor joined this company. He joined this company as Chief Mentor but due to his own greediness, selfishness he promoted himself as Managing Director of company. He is not the leader, despite he is an overhead on the company because he has not bring a single project to the company till now but takes back home a lucrative salary of 3 lakh per month which is hard earned money of company's employees. He is getting paid this much amount for spending just 3 hours in the company. The company policy should be applicable to each employee in the company and he should Lead by Example or should take less than half salary. This is not all, he also hire people like him only for top management positions and name them as key hires. He has clear cut of 20% from their salary which he takes in cash at end of each month from them. To save his own job and to satisfy his own greed...he is laying off the good employees of company and playing with their career. He does all kind of small activities....like for e.g. 1. Asks people going onsite to bring whisky bottles for him from Airport as they are cheaper on airport and put those expense under company's expenses. 2. He avails company's cab....even cab is not available for Director above position. 3. He takes IPad for his personal use from company's expenses. 4. He has buyed various personal properties by company's money.

Cons

The company's objective is that someday....some big MNC will buy this company and its top management will be part of some big MNC. Never join this company.

Pros

Great Opportunity to work with senior leaders. A lot to learn and contribute. Top grade salary and benefits. Very dynamic and everyone has a chance to rise up and add value.

Cons

A bit of a commute for those who live away from South San Jose, but you will be against traffic :)

Pros

You can say you have a job

Cons

It is like a bad sweat shop in China and I've worked in China and in Russia, those environments were much better. I have no idea why I landed at this company because they violate all labor laws and treat their employee VERY poorly. An Indian owned Company operating in the US and not abiding by US labor laws? It will not be too long until a lawsuit ends their charade.
