If you like your work environment filled with cigarette smoke, sexual harassment and bullying, this is the right place for you. Other wise run! The upper management believes they are above any laws, nor do they have any concern for the health and well being of their employees. They are engaged in a lawsuit for firing a military veteran that received orders to serve our country for a few days. If they would have just settled with the DOJ, it would have been gone. However, mangement's ego got in the way, wasting financial resources 10X more than settlement, to fight a fight that cannot be won. The mood swings are unpredictable and makes for a very unpleasant working experience. You never know what persoanality will show up for the day, even though they are all bad. There is no team spirit involved in making the company a better place to work and build a career. The company is a lifestyle tool for the upper management, that insists that everyone go out with the same old barflys for drinks. If you dare make a realtionship at any of these functions, you are reprimanded and belittled. If you don't, you are reprimanded for wasting the company's money and wasting an opportunity. It is a no win situation. Besides berating and demeaning all the employees who really try hard, the mangement spends a considerable amount of time on various dating websites, making the conversation very uncomfaortable for any employee with earshot. The only reason lunch is bought in for the employeees, so they cannot escapee to interview elsewhere. You are watched if you go out to have a cup of coffee.
