Pros
working here is fine, but the longer i'm here the more it's becoming apparent that they're pretty behind in development in this industry. there's a sort of lethargic dominant leadership style, so from the top down the place just lacks energy, focus, direction, and clear communication. really old school technology stack as well. fine for a first job but long term future of the company is a bit of a dice roll.
