Boss and coworkers were good

Just didn't feel as though there was too much passion to improve

The Director of the Dorchester office is brilliant, compassionate, creative, knowledgeable and well organized, everything you could want in a Supervisor. I learned so much from her, and really grew a a clinician in my time at CSI. Highly recommend them as a great place to work, with a diverse clientele with a range of mental health challenges, trauma, etc.

The work is fee for service and as these are some very marginalized clients, it can be hard to get the clients to be consistent in therapy.
